Classification

Class	Description
Amesbury Community Groups Generating Profit	Community groups charging admission/generating profit. $20/hr utility fee will be charged. May be responsible for custodial overtime at $50/hr when applicable.
Amesbury Non-Profit Groups	Non-Profit Organizations, including youth organizations with at least 50% of the youth from Amesbury. $20/hr utility fee will be charged. May be responsible for custodial overtime at $50/hr when applicable.
Amesbury Sponsored Private, For-Profit Groups	Private, for profit, groups sponsored by Amesbury Public Schools and/or the City of Amesbury. $20/hr utility fee will be charged. May be responsible for custodial overtime at $50/hr when applicable.
City of Amesbury	Other departments or branches of the city for municipal governments related uses. May be responsible for custodial overtime at $50/hr when applicable.
District Groups	District Staff Members and School Groups
For-Profit Groups	Profit Making Organizations such as dance companies, theatre groups, etc. $20/hr utility fee will be charged. May be responsible for custodial overtime at $50/hr when applicable.
Groups supporting APS	Groups supporting the schools including the PTO, Boosters, AEFI, Hall of Fame, etc. May be responsible for custodial overtime at $50/hr when applicable.
Non-Profit Groups	Not for Profit Organizations

All non-school related users must submit a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE LIABILITY naming the Amesbury Public Schools as additional insured. The Organization/Event Sponsor maintains Commercial General liability coverage of at least $1 million per occurrence. A Certificate of Insurance endorsed to name the Amesbury Public Schools, as an additional Insured, will be provided before any approval of facility use.
